An island situated four kilometers sw of Duljo point of panglao reef. This island is sorrounded by a white sandy coralline beach and is fringed by a narrow reef shelf 9 to 49.5 meters wide. Top of the submarine cliffs are covered with coral while the lower levels are covered with sponges and gorgonians. A thriving fish sanctuary is found around the cliff. Marine life is abundant here like Jacks, Barracudas and mackerels. This Balicasag Island has a total of 25 hectares. 1.5 hectares of which has been developed into a resort.
