With this tall rice terraces at the backdrop and cool breeze shuttling between mountain peaks, a journey across the Cordillera mountain ranges exposes one to an atmosphere strangely different from the daily offering of Manila and its suburbs. Sta. Monica Parish, Panay
Sta. Monica Parish Church stands as a reminder of the First Christian Faith in the island. In 1566, Fr. Tubbataha Reef Marine Park,Sulu Sea
The Tubbataha Reef Marine Park covers 33,200 hectares, including the North and South Reefs.It is good for all sea lovers and explorers. It is a unique example of an atoll reef with a very high density of marine species; the North Islet serving as a nesting site for birds and marine turtles. The site is an excellent example of a pristine coral reef with a spectacular 100-m perpendicular wall, extensive lagoons and two coral islands.
It is famous for its diverse marine life. Tubbataha Reef Marine Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is home to some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world and the best place for snorkeling and diving in Asia.

KATIBAWASAN FALLS,CAMIGUIN
Katibawasan Falls is a waterfalls located five kilometers southeast of Mambajao at the foot of Mt. Timpoong in the island of Camiguin. It measures about 250 feet which cascades to a rock pool surrounded by ground orchids, wild ferns, trees and boulders. Ice cold water provides an ideal summer splash to bathers and picnickers. The falls tumble down into a green pool, ideal for a refreshing swim. Giant ferns decorate the surrounding land, carpeting for space with huge trees and dropping vines. Rock picnic tables, seats and cookout facilities are available for use. Considered as one of the treasured gifts nature has bestowed Camiguin, the falls is maintained by the province and visitors are expected to pay a minimal entrance fee.
Puerto Princesa Subterranean River
The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located about 50 kilometers north of the city of Puerto Princesa in the province of Palawan, Philippines. It contains the renowned Subterranean River, thought to be the longest navigable underground river system in the world.The park features a limestone karst mountain landscape, with an 8.2-kilometer navigable underground river. The cave contains stalactite and stalagmite formations, as well as several massive chambers. A distinguishing feature of this river is it winds inside the cave before emptying itself into the South China Sea.
The National Park is also a significant habitat for biodiversity conservation, as the site possesses a mountain-to-sea ecosystem. It is the home for most of the threatened and restricted-range birds of Palawan, such as the Palawan peacock-pheasant and the Philippine cockatoo. In relation to this, the park has been designated as an Important Bird Area (IBA), and is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site as of December 4, 1999.

BAGUIO CITY
Baguio, the coolest city and is known as the summer capital of the Philippines found in northern Luzon. It is also called the “City of Pines” because of all the pine trees growing on the mountain slopes around the city. If you take a plane ride from Metro Manila, it only takes an hour before you to arrive in Baguio. For economical reasons, you can also ride a bus but it takes you not less than 5 hours upon arrival. Some people prefer to ride a bus for them to enjoy seeing the views as the road enters the mountainous regions.
Burnham Park is considered as one of Baguio City’s premier park and it is the most popular park in town.
